EXPERIENCE THE HEALING POWER OF NATURE

About
Forest Bathing
Forest Bathing, also known as Forest Therapy, is a practice that supports health, and wellbeing through guided immersion in forests and other natural environments.
Participants are guided through a series of gentle invitations to slow down, open the senses, and experience the environment in ways that foster a sense of wholeness and a deeper relationship with the natural world.
This practice is slow-paced and suitable for all fitness levels.

The forest is the therapist, the guide opens the doors.

About Emmi
Emmi McAdams is a passionate advocate for the healing power of nature. With over a decade of experience in mindfulness practices, Emmi discovered the transformative effects of the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku (forest bathing), on her first walk at the Morton Arboretum.
Since then, she has dedicated her life to helping others reconnect with the natural world through guided nature immersion experiences. Emmi has led walks in local parks and forests. Her forest bathing walks encourage individuals to slow down, unplug, and be in the moment.
